Service Description

XHuoAPI is an AI model aggregation platform that provides access to multiple third-party model providers through a single, OpenAI-compatible API. The Service does not train or own the underlying models; it acts as a routing and aggregation layer.

Accounts and API Keys

You must register an account and generate an API key to use the Service. You are responsible for keeping your keys confidential and for all activity that occurs under them. If a key is leaked or used without authorization, revoke it and create a new one in the console immediately.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to generating illegal content, infringing others’ intellectual property or privacy, sending spam, abuse, or attempting to bypass rate limits. You must also comply with the usage policies of the relevant underlying model providers. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts upon detecting violations.

Content Standards and Prohibited Categories

The Service can be used to generate images, video, and other content. In addition to the Acceptable Use terms above, you must not use the Service to generate, upload, store, or distribute content in any of the following categories:

• Sexual or adult (NSFW) content
• Violent, gory, or graphic content
• Hate speech, discrimination, or harassment
• Content that sexualizes children or otherwise endangers minors (CSAM); we have zero tolerance for this and will report it to the competent authorities as required by law
• Deepfakes, impersonation, or misleading identity content
• Content that infringes others’ copyright, trademarks, or other intellectual property

Content Moderation, Reporting, and Enforcement

Reporting channel: Any user or third party who finds content that violates these Terms may report it to us via the email or Telegram listed at the bottom of this page, providing as much information as possible about the account, request, or content involved so that we can investigate.

Moderation mechanism: We monitor for abuse using a combination of automated detection and human review, and we promptly investigate reports we receive.

Enforcement measures: Upon confirming a violation, we may take measures including but not limited to removing or blocking the content, issuing warnings, restricting or freezing account balance, and suspending or permanently terminating the account, depending on severity. For content suspected of being illegal, we will cooperate with law enforcement and act as required by law.

Handling process: After receiving a report, we will investigate within a reasonable time and take the appropriate measures above against content or accounts confirmed to be in violation; where necessary, we will notify the relevant parties of the outcome.

Billing and Payment

The Service operates on a prepaid, pay-as-you-go basis. You top up a balance in advance and are charged per actual usage when calling the API. Prices are as shown in the console; we may adjust prices from time to time with prior notice. For refunds, please see our Refund Policy.

Service Availability and Changes

We strive to keep the Service stable but do not guarantee the continued availability of any specific model. Upstream providers may change, throttle, or discontinue their models at any time. We may add, modify, or discontinue certain models or features accordingly.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. AI model outputs may be inaccurate or inappropriate, and you are responsible for judging their suitability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service; our aggregate liability shall not exceed the fees you paid for the Service in the three months preceding the dispute.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. If you breach these Terms, we may suspend or terminate your account. Upon termination, any unused balance will be handled according to the Refund Policy.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the website or in the console. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
